• Prepare a complete builder’s package and financial pro-forma, tailored to your preferred bank or any other lender considering your application.
• Coordinate and follow up directly with the bank throughout the process — from pre-assessment to final approval.
• Assist with documentation, helping you understand the required forms (ID, income statements, employer letters, bank statements, etc.) and expected timelines.
• Liaise with the notary and ensure you remain fully informed at each stage of the financing and transfer process.

While the consultant operates independently and confidentially to safeguard your personal information, Novaura has contracted their services on your behalf, ensuring that you do not incur any additional costs for this assistance.

This approach guarantees that every Novaura client receives professional, objective, and cost-free financing support, helping you make a well-informed and secure investment decision.

How to reserve:

Send us your option of choice and schedule a meeting at our Showroom for the further handling of your reservation.
Pre-Sale Agreement & down payment: Reservation is confirmed by signing a Pre-Sale Agreement and making a down payment of XCG 15,000 to a local notary’s third-party escrow account (Derden Gelden Rekening).
Documents: ID copy(s), proof of address, and basic KYC (we’ll guide you).
